      Pros

      Nice office environment (coffee, snacks) and work was easy. Compensation was very fair for those with stuck with it given how easy the work was.

      Cons

      Not much I could learn. A fulltime employee confided main reason of research interns was cheap later after I left. During the summer, office was very crowded and some fellow interns were very hard to deal with. Teamwork with some people was close to impossible and they were constantly complaining.

      the company is young and dynamic. people here are super nice. the company is more like a flat management structure.

      Cons

      you are given a lot of autonomy in what you are doing, but less guidance from senior employees. in general, the company is not well organized

      Pros

      A great place to work with many opportunities to learn and grow. There are good salaries and the company is well funded. Great place to learn about China markets.

      Cons

      The hours can be long, but it's not for meaningless "facetime" you are almost always working on something interesting.
