Pros

The space is interesting and pretty open for new business opportunities.

Cons

The product is nowhere near enterprise-ready and there is so much manually done on the back end. The churn rate is high. A lot of people have left the NY office since opening their doors in Early 2018. There is a ton of politics and nepotism. Unrealistic goals and a lot of sneakiness. It seems like happy hours and company trip are intended for the purpose of having “we’re having fun” photos on the company site. There is also a huge cultural misconception. In 2019 it is unheard of to not have some sort of occasional work from home policy.
