Pros
Best tips you’ll ever make waiting tables for a chain restaurant. They are fair, they don’t force tip outs and management isn’t always micromanaging.
Cons
I don’t remember any… The only con was that we would have to stay extremely late if somebody walked in one minute until closing, then you would have to take the table but that’s how customer service goes
