Cons
If you have read the previous reviews about the Red Havas London office this will be no surprise.. Save your mental health and don't work here. It's atrocious how poor leadership has been able to sustain themselves this long there. This doesn't relate to the PR team, more so the content team. There is a massive culture of blame shifting and finger pointing with no real accountability from leaders.. The unprofessional behavior and comments from the leadership on the content team makes it even worse. If you have an ounce of talent and self respect, don't work here.. the head of content parades around pretending to help people, but really is monitoring anyone with talent so he can oust them. The business founders were mostly absent and barely present. No communication about career progression, very vague feedback unrelated to your actual work. Honestly, all I can say is very disappointed by the outcomes. It has great potential with some good clients, but the egos and insecurities of a few have ruined it all.
