Pros

- Culture was very open and transparent, but you had to know where to look and who to ask and put in the effort to get information. - A lot of freedom. - This was a really good place to get paid decently for minimum work. You can pretty much drink coffee and talk all day. If you're trying to learn or drive real outcomes this isn't the place. But wonderful retirement.

Cons

- Product Managers appear very detached from real messaging and outcomes their customers desire. Significant engineering bias in a clearly engineering led organization. Very few folks can serve as a translation layer and those folks appear to leave quickly.
