One of the best work environments I have ever been in, the team is collaborative and helpful. I would not have the opportunities I have today without my time at Red Circle. Mike truly cares about his employees development and is genuinely a great person, I wish there were more bosses like him in the world.

It can be unstructured but that allowed for rapid learning. If you are someone that needs constant direction it my prove challenging in that regard.

It’s a job, and they pay you.
