Pros

Having only joined Red Carpet Ready just over a month ago I already know this was the right choice for me, the company is very dynamic and challenging but also a great place to work. The staff are friendly and helpful making me feel like I’ve been here for years not just weeks already The management team are both professional and focused, and they appreciate my contributions to the company. The office is busy with lots of tight deadlines, but it's clear that the rest of the senior management team has trust in me to achieve results. I am on a very competitive salary package with the potential to be rewarded for my results with annual bonuses. I already feel like my experience will be valued here, something which really I appreciate from the team. Joining Red Carpet Ready was definitely the right choice for me and my career.

Cons

The work can be very seasonal and quite intense at certain times of year but this works well for me as my hobbies are at the quieter times of year.
