      Pros

      The only pros are most of the co workers that I had at least were cool people and made you feel welcome and free Redbull’s Weekends off

      Cons

      10+ hour days basically every day Micromanaging Do every job driver/delivery/merchandising/sales for a below average pay Work life balance

      - Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

      - Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
