Pros
Not sure- health benefits require you to pay your annual deductible up front. 401k match is 50% up to 8% of your contributions. PTO is 3 weeks but frowned upon when you take time off. Company car but travel is +75% so not sure it is worth having a car because you are never home, they should provide you an RV so you can live in it.
Cons
This review is specifically directed towards Red Bull Distribution side of the business. Leadership practices bullying and HR allowed it. You are constantly made to feel that you are doing something wrong, constantly being told what you are “not doing well” and feel like you are walking on eggshells at all times. The leaders lead by fear, they drive you to work from 5am to 6pm at night, there is zero work/life balance. The environment is unprofessional and lots of gossip about each other. Overall, this place may seem great on the outside because of the sports and fun events but beware.
