Pros
People in the office are very nice. Its super easy to get a better contact with your team. Work is interesting and thrilling. You can use your ideas in work.
Cons
Sometimes there is to much work (very often over hours), espiecially in the time before summer (before most of the events). They are trying to plan everything a year earlier which is not possible in nowadays fast moving world.
