      You don't go in until 11:30 You get a lunch break

      Cons

      FULL COMMISSION BASED. You can work your behind off and not have a guaranteed paycheck. There are no benefits. You're walking door to door to random people's houses. They expect you to work until 8:30 at night.

      -Such a team mindset. Everyone encourages everyone. -Opportunity to own my own business one day -The boss is supportive and fun!

      Cons

      - not for people who get discouraged when they don't hit goals. More for people who want to do better whether they hit their goals or not.
