You can take on opportunities to solve challenges that help you grow and be involved in all stages of a products lifecycle . - You get quick gratification from releasing work often that gets used by huge brands. - Events, socials, parties and charity work organised by Red Ant are always good fun and help bring the team together. - Amazing office in central London but also the opportunity to work remote.
Cons
- There isn't a clear career progression framework so, as an engineer you might be unclear how you can progress in your career within the company. - The engineering team often gets to do the heavy lifting even when there is a failure in the management.
