Pros
The first pro that stood out to me was the culture. The opportunity to work for a company that understands that culture is the foundation of a cohesive and inclusive organization. With a company of about 65 employees it allows you to voice your concerns and lets you have a say in the direction of the business. RS also focuses on not only your professional development but also your personal well-being. They are willing to take the time to set you up with the right opportunities to be the most productive and perform at your best. They offer a nice kitchen stocked with snacks, an espresso machine and allow their team to bring their dogs in the office.
Cons
It is a smaller organization so you will be relied upon for most tasks but it's not really a con, it gives you the opportunity to learn new things.
