Pros
Asides the Remote Work, I cannot sincerely say much for Pros.
Cons
Poor management . . . Major decisions were made on impulse rather than through a thorough review process. This ultimately resulted in a toxic work environment. Although most staff complained in private, the toxic work culture made them unable to express their concerns to the appropriate team or personnel. Laying off staff when financial projections are not met, is not new. However, the frequency at which this occurred (Almost every quarter) was the concerning part. It just showed the kind of management running the company. For those of us who remained, this had a significant impact on our mental health, as you were always unsure if you would be next, regardless of how well you were performing . . . It was quite an experience, and an extremely unpleasant one at that.
