Great introduction to aviation, good morning hours.

Pros

I worked back right when Ross had just taken over and you could see the corporate takeover just a bit but at least In the Hyannis location we never seemed to lose that individuality that seemed to set us apart from other locations for the better. I love and continue to visit the people I’ve made lasting connections with at Rectrix whenever I’m back around close by. If you don’t like Rectrix for whatever reasons, then I’m convinced you just don’t like people being nice to you. Helyne would always try her best to accommodate everyone and would always try to come down from the office to check on us and say hi for the day or make sure we’re all doing ok both in the job and in our regular lives. Julianna the CSR Lead and Alynn the Ramp Supervisor were always trying to make sure we had everything under control and were able to properly learn our tasks and perform them well. It had some downsides but looking back on that job you really mostly remember the good things. And at Ross Rectrix in Hyannis there’s mostly only things that can put a smile on you

Cons

Late Hours can be brutal, however it’s apart of the job. Only thing I never agreed with was the fact that at a moments notice I could be there all night and besides overtime not see an extra dollar of that overnight charge plane I’ve been waiting for. It’s the job, but something the company might want to consider changing in the future. Probably a major reason for turnovers

Pros

Formerly Rectrix now Ross Rectrix , one of the best jobs I've ever had. Found out about this job as a recommendation from a friend and I've worked through a couple jobs despite being young however this has maintained itself superior. I've worked in Hyannis for a little over a year and the management has been nothing but great to me, supportive, energetic, and caring. We truly do have the figures of a family here, a couple bad eggs here and there but it happens. No one's fault but themselves and they were weeded out long before I left. Everyone took full responsibility, interest, and care into their shifts and were very transparent when it came to working out days that were needed off. The ramp supervisor was well equipped and available for a phone call or text whenever you had a question. Rectrix in hyannis was a gold mine of a job even if you're there for a short time. Truly a worthy experience.

Cons

Occasional long hours due to late or early hours but it is apart of the job. The hours being 0600 - 1400 or 1400 - 2200 don't leave a lot of room activities outside if the job if not a day off. I feel as if we were not paid appropriately for the simple fact that we handle multi-million dollar aircrafts. Late hours are required for someone to stay, I've been there through an entire night waiting and never seen an extra dollar from the $200 an hour that are charger to the aircraft.
