Pros

I have worked at Rectrix for over a year. Rectrix is a fast paced & exciting place to work, especially during High Season. Hard work is recognized by management as well as Corporate Management. One of the things I greatly appreciate is that family is respected and you are truly valued as an employee.

Cons

The Uniform. Consideration from the employees who wear it would make it more of a positive experience as well as attitude by all. Uniforms are definitely necessary, but something that appeals to all body types would make everyone feel more confident and look more professional.

Pros

I worked back right when Ross had just taken over and you could see the corporate takeover just a bit but at least In the Hyannis location we never seemed to lose that individuality that seemed to set us apart from other locations for the better. I love and continue to visit the people I’ve made lasting connections with at Rectrix whenever I’m back around close by. If you don’t like Rectrix for whatever reasons, then I’m convinced you just don’t like people being nice to you. Helyne would always try her best to accommodate everyone and would always try to come down from the office to check on us and say hi for the day or make sure we’re all doing ok both in the job and in our regular lives. Julianna the CSR Lead and Alynn the Ramp Supervisor were always trying to make sure we had everything under control and were able to properly learn our tasks and perform them well. It had some downsides but looking back on that job you really mostly remember the good things. And at Ross Rectrix in Hyannis there’s mostly only things that can put a smile on you

Cons

Late Hours can be brutal, however it’s apart of the job. Only thing I never agreed with was the fact that at a moments notice I could be there all night and besides overtime not see an extra dollar of that overnight charge plane I’ve been waiting for. It’s the job, but something the company might want to consider changing in the future. Probably a major reason for turnovers

Pros

Great introduction to aviation, good morning hours.

Cons

Upper management wasn’t the best, no vacation or sick day pay.
