Pros
During season with adequate workers, the job does keep you busy. Management is lenient with time-off and doesn't penalize you for it as long as you are not on their bad side.
Cons
The managers like to micromanage including the line manager and the CEO. The main manager is very biased towards certain individuals who get paid more but do less work which creates an imbalance that she does not care to fix which creates problems during season or at busy times. As for night shift, the employees are responsible for janitorial work since the company does not hire janitors or cleaning crews. Night shift basically does majority of the work. Also there is little to no professionalism from management to employees. There is no career advancement and if you happen to get a position to a different location within the company, there are no relocation costs and you are expected to pay out of pocket.
