High paced and lots of overtime - Recruiter Recruiting in Motion Employee Review

Smart, mature, responsible group of recruiters to partner with. Just a nice group of people who are self disciplined and respect one another.

I have yet to find any con's of working here. You have to work hard as it's a commission based role, so many won't like that....but the rewards of that far outweigh everything.
