      Pros

      Smart, mature, responsible group of recruiters to partner with. Just a nice group of people who are self disciplined and respect one another.

      Cons

      I have yet to find any con's of working here. You have to work hard as it's a commission based role, so many won't like that....but the rewards of that far outweigh everything.

      Pros

      flexibility to have work/life balance

      Cons

      dealing with too many people that only work half time and do not communicate, post job orders that ultimately end up closing, not getting client feedback, high fees every month, they do not provide a good job board for candidates to apply to the open positions
