Thanks for taking the time to articulate your thoughts to us here. One thing I have learned is to welcome difficult feedback. In difficult feedback there is always something to learn so we will find the learning for us in this post. One serious challenge we have had this year is keeping up with our growth. There is no doubt about this. Our business is on track to grow over 60% year to date over 2018 so management is definitely working hard to keep everything on track. Thank you for your patience. With regards to our 401K and our 4% company match and new profit sharing plan, we realize we could do a better job of explaining this benefit to our employees. As a result, our CFO will be educating all staff about this benefit so everyone can take full advantage of it. If this really is a current employee, we would hope next time you would have the courage to bring your concerns to us directly. We want to help our team be successful here for ourselves as well as for our wonderful clients. The only way we can do this is in collaboration together with you in full honesty and transparency.
