Pros

-can grow quickly, but only if you have initiative and are a very fast learner -401k match is pretty good, but most companies get a tax break for offering a 401k match so it really benefits them to offer this... -can get lots of responsibility relatively quickly. -they will train if you have no recruiting experience. -can work from home 1x per week

Cons

-if you aren’t a self-starter or very good problem solver there is absolutely no room for you here -pay is billable and if you aren’t working billable hours even if you are salaried you get paid at 75% of your billable rate. (Similar to other consulting firms) -limited PTO and insurance can be $$ as well as very limited coverage. -management has very little training and has favorites. Some managers are also spread so thin that they have no time to actually manage people due to managing too many accounts and reqs in addition to people management. -stay on CEO’s good side. -lots of the business seems to be all over the place and not thought out in a way that can necessarily be executed well.

Thanks for taking the time to articulate your thoughts to us here. One thing I have learned is to welcome difficult feedback. In difficult feedback there is always something to learn so we will find the learning for us in this post. One serious challenge we have had this year is keeping up with our growth. There is no doubt about this. Our business is on track to grow over 60% year to date over 2018 so management is definitely working hard to keep everything on track. Thank you for your patience. With regards to our 401K and our 4% company match and new profit sharing plan, we realize we could do a better job of explaining this benefit to our employees. As a result, our CFO will be educating all staff about this benefit so everyone can take full advantage of it. If this really is a current employee, we would hope next time you would have the courage to bring your concerns to us directly. We want to help our team be successful here for ourselves as well as for our wonderful clients. The only way we can do this is in collaboration together with you in full honesty and transparency. I hope you will consider this next time.

Pros

Experience with many different start ups, laid back environment and they give a lot of ownership to manage your recruiting efforts at clients as you see best fit.

Cons

Some clients can be difficult to work with at first.
