Cons

I worked at Zoblik International, also known as Zoblik, which has a founder involved in fraudulent activities. The founder previously had companies called Team4Progress and Recruitnxt. Currently, he operates as Team4Progress (now Zoblik International) and Recruitnxt (now Xyntara). The company is run by Amit Mahipal, who claims to be the CTO. His wife, whose real name is Nivedita Mahipal (known as Nupur Banerjee), is the co-founder. The actual company owner, Arvind Gupta, is also known by his real name, Arvind Mahipal. His wife, Neha Agrawal, is known as Neha Mahipal. Amit Mahipal has two daughters: Arya Mahipal and Aanaya Mahipal. The company recruits employees through Unstop, WhatsApp channels, and Telegram. They specifically target women looking to restart their careers and exploit students from small cities. Employees are often locked into a one-year bond with low or no pay, in addition to a three-month notice period. Amit and Nivedita Mahipal are already exploiting individuals in this manner. They have scammed thousands of students and continue to do so. Additionally, the company frequently closes and restarts under different names every few years.
