Pros

Working with these patients was great and coworkers are nice.

Cons

No opportunity for growth or pay raises. Extremely toxic environment between PRCs and management, they truly only care about numbers, money and opening as many clinics as possible to make more money. Patient care is not prioritized and obvious nepotism in the workplace.

Recovia Response

We understand not everyone is a good fit for our dynamic integrated healthcare environment, as a diverse and growing company. We welcome those that want to be a part of the future of healthcare with us. We have successfully helped thousands of patients address their chronic pain, mental health, and/or substance use concerns. Our goal has always been to help as many people as possible. So, it is true we are focused on growth. We intend on expanding to more parts of the Valley so the communities we serve all have access to our one-of-a-kind-care. Because of our growth, many of our employees have had the opportunity to move into leadership roles to directly affect patient care as well participate in Recovia's program development which we continually reflect on as an organization. Our culture “The Recovia Way” prides itself on creating an inclusive environment with an expectation of teamwork, compassion, and growth embedded into everything we do.

Pros

Friendly co-workers, not quite a patient mill yet, paid holidays

Cons

This is a very mediocre company. It seems a little better than it actually is because so many other physical therapy companies are so awful. But pay and benefits at Recovia aren’t anything to get excited about, and bonuses are very difficult to make. Plus people aren’t treated the same across the company, as mentioned in other reviews. Some are treated better than others if they’re liked by upper management.
