Pros
Innovating in a cost efficient and productive way, in a space that has struggled to adopt changes in the past due to them being unable to bridge the gap. Really great culture and team focused initiatives after some strategic changes in corporate structure (see previous reviews).
Cons
Start-up environment breed great reward but also great risk. Ideally positioned for value based care.
