Pros
The culture within Intelligence Services is great very collaborative, coworkers come from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life, which helps us bounce ideas and expertise off of each other. Outside of when an account is at risk or due for renewal, work life balance is good and we get to set our own schedule. Unlimited PTO is actually used here! Internal processes are undergoing some big changes, but overall the work is engaging, challenging, and there's always something new to deal with.
Cons
Base salary could be better, and the bonus structure is quite flawed. Bonuses are based on customer retention numbers that are unrealistic (especially in current economic climate) and also dependent on Sales' performance. Don't count on getting the bonus if you work here. Career growth could be better defined and more consistent across teams.
