Pros
Young people, fun company. Good product, good ambitions. Good starting package with equipment, gym, pension etc. A lot of AWs and fun activities.
Cons
Owners claim the culture is open and flexible, but in reality there's a lot of micromanagement. You have to be careful not to have too many opinions if you want to keep the job. Your performance is evaluated based on whether the management likes you as a person or likes what you do, i.e. personal preferences play a big part in how you are perceived as an employee. Also a high employee turnover rate which is a big warning sign. No internal career opportunities. You're also expected to be available a lot after office hours.
