Pros
The management, especially mid-level, had a good attitude towards their employees and to me, a contract employee. Recology is mostly employee-owned, so there are a lot of benefits and decent, competitive pay for the route drivers.
Cons
Some of the trash routes seemed to be comparatively "uneven" as far difficulty and length of time to finish all the work. It seemed that Recology was trying a new way to rectify this by installing meters and cameras in the trucks.
