Pros
For some individuals your career can advance very quickly e.g. become an director from associate to director within 4 years. Very fast paced, never need to worry there wont be enough work to do
Cons
RB often likes to think they take business risks but the reality is that most senior management are very much non risk takers. The fast pace can often lead to repeat of work and inefficient processes being kept as there is no time to make changes due to extreme tight deadlines for project outputs.
