entrepreneurial spirit -you get the opportunity to see your ideas take action, you get full ownership of your work. must be willing to work hard and lots of hours but you will get a lot of responsibility and a ton of experience

long hours, not a lot of formal recognition for job well done, if you exceed expectations then expecations get higher and higher
