      Great products to work on, high project turnover- a lot of experience to build up skill set.

      Cons

      Poor management, projects often ran ofcourse in a way that could have been prevented, very frustrating. As a placement student, lack of support from mentor.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
