Pros
Great products to work on which enhance one's skill sets and understanding of the domain. High industry standards are set and met. Focus on trying to achieve the best that each individual can do.
Cons
However, if each individual get the best out of himself/herself does not guarantee the company achieves the targets. Team work is a must. Lack of team ethics and a political minefield. Even individuals within the same team do not know why something is being done. You just do your bit as you are asked to. Ultimately you get paid well but you don't enjoy your job.
