      + competitive internship salary + well known brands in the portfolio + fast paced working environment + respected in the FMCG industry

      Cons

      - poor managerial skills of the managers grown at RB - poor information flow between departments - primitive IT tools - RB likes to hire people for senior positions on the market (even if there are talents within the organization) - no strategy (just cost cutting)

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
