      Comp is slightly higher than most CPGs. Great maternity policy. Due to attrition, promotions likely to be easier to achieve now.

      Cons

      HR is a joke, management likes to import Europeans and sell out even the highest performing local marketers, culture-less, everyone is dispensable

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
