Pros
It's a small company and it has all the perks that go along with that (family type atmosphere, flexible hours, generally happy, generally transparent, etc..). Management is mostly younger , but their hearts and minds seem to be in the right place. Pay is market rate, but there are plenty of opportunities to earn bonuses. There is some weekend work but salary personnel are payed for their overtime.
Cons
It's a small company and it has all the downsides that go along with that ( fewer people = fewer resources, wearing many hats, doing tasks outside of your area of responsibility, etc...) There are fewer chances for promotion than at a larger company. Depending on the department there are varying degrees of accountability from the managers down.
