Upper management will side client most of the time, so be prepared to be blamed. Upper management don't mean what they say, need to have a very high level of discernment. 2 years bond, Upper management will draw a very big pie for you to eat, get ready to swallow it (for yes-men). No leadership to be found in existence from upper management. Medical "benefit" - managerial level : SGD300/yr; non-managerial level: SGD200/yr. Company does not believe in tele-consult - will reject your MC and reimbursement. Work/life balance does not exist in this Company.
