      Pros

      You are given 3 weeks of PTO per year. Health insurance is affordable and is good quality compared to what many companies offer.

      Cons

      People's word and handshakes mean nothing. Salary is low and is exempt so ALL overtime is unpaid and unappreciated. If you are a female you will not advance.
