Pros

Friendly co-workers. Great bosses. The owner was hands on and really cared about his employees. It was a small, intimate office environment and a great place to work. It was nice to get to speak to different people from many states. During Christmas the boss would give everyone a nice cash bonus. The owner loved to make everyone feel important was very approachable. Even the upper management never made you feel like you couldn't just go to them for anything. The interview process was easy because everyone there is so down to earth. They care about each employee. The pay is salary so there's never any overtime.

Cons

None. I wish I could have stayed there but I had to leave due to family issues. Often there was a lull during downtime and one could get bored easily, but when we were busy, the phones did not stop ringing. Heavy call volume.
