New Company so great chance to grow

it can not be in single statement so please check the point 1:- Worst Middle Management like President Sales 2:- They want servants not employees 3:- If you are good in Chaplusi you can survive or not. 4:- you can not give your point of view, it will be crime. 5:- No HR Policies like leaves/ timing/ salary dates/ salary calculation/ pf deposit/ please forget about FnF (it will never happen) 6:- Lack of trust - they will appoint someone who will chase you and give him report. 7:- If by any chance you will not complete your target then so called President of sales will ask you to drop mail that if you cant not achieve your target you will not ask for salary. 8:- they will offer you fixed salary but after some time it will be zero salary.
