Pros
I have been working at Realnets for about 4 years now, and the biggest pro to me is that you truly are treated like family. I have witnessed management from the top down make accommodations for my co-workers and I in dealing with life's curve-balls. At the end of the day, work is work but being in a place you know you can take the time you need to be with yourself or family. Know that these things truly matter from the top down is the most important thing. Other pros include working hands on with cutting edge technology and applications, a chance to grow within the company, and uncapped commissions.
Cons
Realnets has been boot strapped from day 1. As we have grown, we have built the structure, processes, and polices needed to create a good work environment and scale the business to open up opportunities for employees. The road to get to this point involved some long days, tough projects, and internal challenges to sort out. I can say now that the grind is starting to pay off.
