Pros

I worked at Realiste AI for about a year and a half, and overall, it was a solid experience. The team is made up of genuinely talented people who know their stuff, especially when it comes to AI and machine learning. I appreciated working on projects that actually had real-world applications — it’s not every day you get to build something that clients actually use and value. Management is pretty transparent, which I liked, and they’re trying to build a culture that’s both professional and flexible. Remote work works well here, and I never felt pressured to be ""always on.""

Cons

That said, as the company grows, things can get a bit messy. Processes aren’t always consistent across teams, and sometimes priorities shift quickly without clear communication. There were moments when it felt like we were playing catch-up rather than planning ahead. Also, while the tech side is strong, some internal tools and documentation could be better. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can slow things down. Still, if you’re someone who likes solving real problems with AI and can handle a bit of chaos in a growing company, Realiste AI is definitely a good place to be

Pros

Cool company, good place to grow I've been working at Realiste AI for quite some time now, and overall it was a good experience. There's definitely something I might like here. The people I work with are smart, and they're usually easy to collaborate with. The technical challenges are interesting, and I've learned a lot from working on real products using artificial intelligence that really make an impact. The company is growing rapidly, which creates opportunities, but also comes with a number of challenges. The positive thing is that the management is openly talking about where the company is going and is making efforts to create a decent culture. We appreciate the flexibility of remote work, and most of my team members respect the boundaries of what is allowed. The product we create actually solves real problems, which makes the work worthwhile. However, there are some difficulties with growth. Processes can be inconsistent, and sometimes it feels like we figure things out as we go along, which sometimes leads to confusion. During sprint cycles, the workload can increase, and there were times when communication with senior management could have been clearer. In addition, despite the fact that the company tries to act quickly, this sometimes leads to a reduction in opportunities that probably shouldn't be there. It's not an ideal place, but it's a great place to work, especially if you're interested in artificial intelligence and don't mind being part of a startup-like environment where things are still developing.

Cons

I did not find any disadvantages when cooperating
