Pros
Working for a company that truly values their clients AND employees is a breath of fresh air. The employee first culture is unlike any other. Not to mention, being able to work remotely with a perfect work life harmony is a dream!
Cons
It is a startup company which may not be everyones cup of tea, but as the company grows, this can quickly become anyones "pro" instead of a con as it is exciting to be a part of.
