Pros
A few talented employees who are easy to work with and decent benefits.
Cons
100% turnover rate, HORRIBLE management from the bottom up, ZERO room for growth, unqualified people in leadership roles, never enough revenue coming in to sustain the companies and all of the employees in it, doesn't learn from their past mistakes, overworked employees who are underpaid, lack of job security... always wondering if you're going to wake up with employed the next day, lots of promising motivational speeches from the CEOs with zero outcomes, chaotic, extreme disorganization that trickles down from the top and disrupts multiple departments on a daily basis, a MAJOR lack of diversity from the content featuring mainly white men and is reflective within their employees, and sexism runs rampant as they almost ALWAYS pay men more than women at this company working identical roles. Almost every single employee who started at this company has either been laid off, fired, or quit on their own terms. Management will act like they care about you and have your best interest, but it is FAR from that. They box you into a role and don't allow you to grow at all under any circumstances.
