      Cool, smart, and hard-working team mates. Compensation and benefits were decent.

      Cons

      Disjointed processes and top-down decision making. Constant layoffs which was difficult as you might be the next on the chopping block.

      Pros

      -Great Collegues -I did learn something about finance -Direct managers fight HARD for their people in a company where the executives don’t listen

      Cons

      -Complete and total workplace instability -No Planning -No overtime pay -No accountability from high level management -Worked there for less than 2 years and went through 3 mass layoffs -Upper level management is completely out of touch with what the boots on the ground do daily
