The company truly lives its values. There is a deep sense of collaboration across departments—I’ve felt supported moving from Support to Services and now into Management.
You aren't just writing code or docs; you are solving "blocking" problems for major players in Medical, Automotive, A&D, etc. Seeing your work impact FDA-cleared surgical robots is incredibly rewarding.
Management trusts you to "own" your accounts. If you show hunger and drive, you are given the space to lead high-visibility initiatives and mentor others.
RTI is excellent at internal growth. They don't just hire from outside; they cultivate talent. I’ve been advocated for at every step of my 10-year journey.
The transition to remote/hybrid work has been handled with empathy, allowing for a great work-life balance even when managing global accounts.
Cons
It's hard to think of any. When I see something that doesn't go in the right direction, I speak my mind and action is taken.
