Pros
I worked at Real Time for almost 5 years, and only left recently due to moving abroad. During my time there I was given considerable training and investment into my personal and professional development.
I was able to gain promotion from senior delivery consultant, to team lead and ultimately delivery manager. What tells real time apart from other agencies is the respect that delivery command within the business whilst working in a market where finding the candidates can be the tougher part of the job. They also focus on retaining quality clients with fillable jobs, meaning there is considerable earning potential. There is a wealth of experience across the management team paired with a level of autonomy. The culture is second to none with a good work life balance, joining Real Time would mean joining passionate and capable colleagues to learn from and call friends.
Cons
The database can get some getting used to initially but it is packed with relevant and recent candidates!
As with most recruitment roles, the peaks far outweigh any of the troughs.
