      Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

      Cons

      The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.

      hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

      Lots of hotels in NYC market

      Cons

      Corporate management lacks professionalism. Need more property level support. They boast they are never in their offices and visit properties often but they rarely visit properties.
