Pros

Supportive coworkers and a friendly team environment. Good place to gain hands-on experience in printing, design, and customer service. Management is approachable, and the workflow keeps you learning new things daily.

Cons

Workload can be heavy during busy seasons. Communication across teams could be improved to reduce stress levels.

Pros

This is a great place if you never want to go anywhere near it. Don’t believe these reviews. Anyone working there is basically forced to post positive feedback on Glassdoor because they struggle to find and keep employees. The staff turnover is extremely high. The only person who has been there for years is the manager. Everyone else leaves within a year. No one can handle the abusive boss. You will never be thanked for anything you do, but you will constantly be judged, no matter how hard you try. Employees are afraid of him. Everyone works in fear of being humiliated at any moment. I was even made to pay for a mistake that wasn’t my fault. It was caused by a printer that receives no maintenance at all.

Cons

The only advantage is the salary, which you will probably end up using to take care of your mental health, because you will need therapy, and the Monday to Friday schedule. Otherwise, no one would stay.

Pros

Salary above the average (only reason people stay there)

Cons

Even before interviewing, I was warned by colleagues that this was not a good place to work. I checked recent reviews here, which were positive, and decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake, and I now feel obligated to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Key issues I experienced include: ● Lack of ongoing support from management after training. ● Unprofessional communication, including raised voices and aggressive tone. ● Feedback often delivered in a belittling and discouraging manner. ● A workplace culture that undermined confidence rather than supporting development. ● High-stress environment with unrealistic expectations for new employees. It is also worth noting that, based on my observations, the positive online reviews, particularly on Google, appear to be influenced by the regular intake of student interns, who are encouraged to leave positive reviews. There is a high turnover of interns (new intakes every few weeks), which may not accurately reflect the day-to-day experience of permanent staff. Overall, this was a toxic and unsupportive environment that did not align with the positive image suggested by recent reviews.
