The energy level is rising. Basic benefits are not great but some of the perks are unheard of. The work is challenging and there is room to rise in the organization.

Very me oriented but the level of teamwork is improving. The talent sets are continuously improving. There are some great mentors here but they have to be willing to share.

Flexibility in work schedule. Sometimes interesting subject matter.

Long hours with no appreciation from management. Lack of ability to fix problems within company. Low pay for most positions, with no reviews or chances for raises. Dead end job with lots of turnover from unhappy employees.
