Pros
You get half off at the concession and depending on the film, you get free tickets on your day off. You also build bonds with people and the company's associates are almost as a family. They also work with your school schedule, so that was always a plus!
Cons
If you enjoy being away from your family almost certainly on every holiday you can think of, apply. If you like getting yelled at for making a simple mistake, apply. Some customers expect you to bend over backwards to meet their needs and management expects you to do as they ask. It was almost as if they went by the saying "we shall never deny a guest even with the most ridiculous request." It's almost impossible to move up unless you brown nose the management team, so expect favoritism when working there. They don't raise your pay at all (unless you become a supervisor) and they don't do holiday pay. Management look for what you did wrong and often times scold you for that and rarely praise you when you do something right.
