long histroy, loyal readers and well-known brands; global company with high ethics in publishing industry; casual work environment.
Cons
the company itself is clueless about where to go in the ditital era; too many fat cats in senior level, they can only rip middle to low level staff to survive; australian management treat asia teams unfairly after the restructuring at some of the stage; employees have low morale as there are constant changes without clear/sincere communication; some people are racists, pathetic.
