I made great friends that also didn't like working there. It surprisingly bonded all of us, creating lasting friendships.

Weekly constraints on the production budget. Every shooting cycle had to have more and more restrictions, making more with less. Didn't get support from management, was often left to figure it out. Leadership was in and out of meetings, often not paying attention. Yet eveytime the team delivered on a successful shoot. Each time. We became demoralized and quit.
